Dreamy days and cosy nights in the picturesque Roumeli Village are the order of the day. Step outside the front door and discover the maze of treasures this location has to offer, with the nearest local restaurant located within 800 meters walking & the nearest super market within 240 meters walking distance from the villa, as well as the beach and everyday amenities are offered within 7 minutes driving distance from the holiday home.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Elegant and stylish, each of the Villa’s bedrooms enjoy calming natural tones and flaunt unique design to every detail. All of the bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring two single beds (0,90x2,00), with access to balcony. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor, featuring a bathtub.

The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, the former featuring two single beds (0,90x2,00) and the latter featuring a Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), with direct access to balconies with comfy sittings.

There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring a bathtub, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration.

Bonus:

A Pool table (billiard) is available on the lower floor of Dina Villa, for endless hours of fun & relaxation with your loved ones.

External Living | Live the extraordinary, every day

Enjoy the elegant comforts and convenience of this wonderful residence set in 450m2 outdoor area. Take a dip in the outdoor private swimming pool, with a special children’s compartment. The pool terrace is embellished with sun beds and features a shaded structure above the pool, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (charcoal) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. A further lovely shaded outdoor sitting area is available next to the pool.

Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.
